Return Period

You have up to 7 working days from receiving your order to request a return.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at abayaaroom@gmail.com with:

• Your full name and order number
• Reason for returning the item(s)
• Details of the item(s) you wish to return

Once we receive your email, our team will guide you through the next steps.

Item Condition

Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and complete with tags and original packaging.

Refund Processing

• After your return is approved and we’ve received the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Refunds may take additional time to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
• If 15 business days have passed since your return approval and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at abayaaroom@gmail.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please carefully inspect your items upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately so we can quickly resolve the issue.
